Learning Center: Study Buddy Program

Study Buddy Program

The Study Buddy Program is designed to connect students for scholastic purposes. This will allow students to form study groups, to discuss course material, and to receive assistance from fellow classmates. Without the presence of an instructor or mentor, the setting will provide an atmosphere that may be less intimidating to ask questions and to request help.

How the program works:
Study buddy groups will be formed at the beginning of each semester for students in gateway courses. Students will have the opportunity to sign up for a study buddy group by responding to a survey that is distributed within the first few weeks of the semester. Once groups are formed, they will be on file at the Bepko Learning Center. For further information about the Study Buddy Program, please stop by the Bepko Learning Center Resource Desk (UC 2006).
